- Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- The first package scan may be on arrival at a regional hub near the destination. Common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.

- There may be a delay in updates to the tracking database.
- Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, aren't trackable. Rest assured that your package will arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day.

How does the sizing run for these Gildan items?
Gildan apparel follows standard US Unisex sizing, which is generally true-to-size for most people.
- Men: Order your usual size for a standard fit.
- Women: Since these are unisex, you might consider sizing down one size for a more fitted look, or keep your regular size for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

How should I wash my printed Gildan apparel?
To protect the print and keep the fabric soft, machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang-dry for the best longevity. Do not iron directly onto the printed design.

Yes absolutely. We use professional Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing optimized for these fabric blends. The high-quality inks are absorbed directly into the fibers of the Gildan cotton/poly blend. This ensures vibrant designs that are soft to the touch and won't crack or peel easily when washed according to instructions.
What are the production and shipping times?
Every item is printed on demand just for you. Production typically takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US usually takes 5-7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing.
